We wish to communicate, clearly and transparently, the beginning of a gradual wind-down of Just an Holding LTD and, at the same time, the launch of a new entrepreneurial phase through the newly established company Vertigo SRL. This is not an announcement of an ending — it is an explanation of a natural evolution. Just an Holding was built with vision, commitment and constant dedication to clients, collaborators and partners. From this journey, and from the values that have guided it, a new structure is now born to carry forward and develop everything built so far.

It is therefore important to state clearly that the gradual cessation of Just an Holding LTD does not mean the cessation of the work done, the expertise developed, the relationships built, or the entrepreneurial vision cultivated over time. On the contrary, all of this continues, consolidates and transforms through Vertigo SRL, which will progressively become the new operational, organisational and commercial point of reference.

The transition will take place in a gradual, orderly and planned manner, ensuring continuity of ongoing activities, stability in relationships and clarity around future corporate references. Where necessary, existing arrangements will be realigned in accordance with applicable regulations and the operational needs of each stakeholder.
