What we collect

This website does not collect personal data. There are no forms, no accounts, no newsletter sign-up, and no user tracking. We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-first tool that stores no cookies, assigns no persistent identifier, and records aggregate visit data only — page views, referring source, approximate country, device type. No data point can be traced back to an individual visitor, and no profiling takes place.

If you contact us

If you write to info@vertigo.it, we process the personal data in your message solely to reply to you. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We keep this correspondence for as long as needed to handle the request and to meet our legal obligations, then delete it.

Who sees your data

We do not sell, rent, or share personal data. Our email, hosting and analytics providers process data on our behalf as data processors, under contract and under our instructions.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. To exercise any of these, write to info@vertigo.it. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, gpdp.it).
